Christopher was referred to us by my brother, a successful business owner and a knowledgeable and exacting Mac guy in his own right, so I figured if he could handle those high expectations, he could easily handle my needs. But he exceeded them! I was so pleased that I hired him to purchase and install a new Mac for my 93-year-old mom and, no surprise, Christopher became her new best friend. She has significant vision loss which makes anything on the computer more challenging but he was patient and took time to explain everything to her and it turned out great. This consultant was superb from the first call to the follow up texts with my questions after the service was completed. He was on time, cheerful as he acknowledged my grief on the loss of my data and quickly got to work to identify the problem and get me up and running again. He streamlined everything and gave me a sense of security that I had been lacking. He made good use of the time during the service call; teaching as he went along and performing multiple tasks at once. I feel that I received excellent value for my money. Christopher Glenn has been our Mac consultant for several years. I have been using Mac’s for years and can solve some issues myself. When my wife has a computer snag, she calls me, when I get stuck, I call Chris, usually he can talk me through the problem on the phone. Chris’s lexicon of Mac/Apple knowledge is amazing, he is a trained professional, while I am an informed amateur who knows just enough to get myself in trouble. My computers are my life! Chris has been helping me with my computers for more years than I can remember! I recently had a glitch with my remote access to my sever from my home to my office. He took care of all my computer needs. My hard drive corrupted and he reinstalled my operating system. He ordered a backup hard drive for me to use. We also ordered and Apple TV and Christopher will come back to set it up. Very good experience!

He works well with elderly who are struggling with the technology today. He has a good sense of humor which puts you at ease by answering and accepting your repeated questions on the same subject. Christopher showed up on time for appointment diagnosed problem immediately and proceeded to address situation and fix the issue. He was very patient as I am computer challenged and explained what he was doing and continued to keep me informed in the whole process. I called because my MacBook Pro 13' laptop was having problems with freezing and hanging up whenever I tried to empty the trash can.
